b. We pledge not to accept any item bearing physical damage. Physical damage encompasses all harm not derived from normal wear and tear. Should any laptop journey to us under warranty due to a fault, and should that same model no longer grace our inventory, a credit note shall be bestowed upon you, equal in value to the item returned by the esteemed service agent. This credit note shall be employed in a new purchase. Pray understand, the Service center credit is final, and we shall entertain no negotiations.
h. Know this, brave warriors, for this warranty shall not protect against defects arising from fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidents, negligence on your part or the part of any third party, usage contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations, failure to follow the instructions of the manufacturer, or any alteration or repair conducted without the approval of "E-L337 GAMING," the Supplier, or the Manufacturer.

Such damage may be incurred through reckless handling, improper removal of the processor from its shipping cocoon, or the incorrect insertion into the processor socket. This damage is considered physical and, alas, renders the relic ineligible for return (warranty void).
j. Motherboard – Bent pins Ah, a physically wounded motherboard shall be denied entry and sent back to the buyer, the expense of which shall burden their own coin pouch. Physical damage includes chips, burns, scratches, thermal paste in the CPU socket, bent pins, and the like. Pray, bear in mind that any scratches to the metal around the screw holes, caused by the over-tightening of case screws, are also deemed physical damage. Exercise caution, noble souls, when installing your motherboards.
k. Know this, valiant miners, for all items intended solely for "Mining" shall receive a warranty of no more than 1 month.

We can send your order anywhere within South Africa. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 7 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

Warranty:
a. All goods supplied by “E-L337 GAMING” are warranted free from defects for Return to Base 1 Year from the date of invoice. Where goods are provided with a warranty period greater than 12 months, the first 12 months of the warranty covers all parts and labour costs, whereas any subsequent period of the warranty cover only relates to labour costs only. e.g. If a product is sold with a 3 year warranty, the first 12 months covers parts and labour, and the next 24 months covers labour costs only.
As stated above we provide Return to base warranty which means, Customers are liable for the shipping charges for returning of faulty goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
b. We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense. CPU and motherboard returns caused by incorrect installation are the most common. Please understand that these are policies established by the manufacturer and some of the definitions below were taken directly from them:
c. If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify “E-L337 GAMING” in writing via the Contact Us section of the website or our e-mail adres, as soon as possible, but in any event within 3 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint. Failure to do so will mean that the said defect occurred at the time when it is actually reported to us.
d. All LCD Monitors supplied by “E-L337 GAMING” come with no direct Warranty from “E-L337 GAMING”. There might be an extended warranty on LCD’s provided directly from the supplier or manufacturer. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not by “E-L337 GAMING”. Like all online computer suppliers “E-L337 GAMING” will not entertain any warranty issues regarding dead pixels. These issues must be dealt with directly with the manufacturer and the manufacturer’s decision will be final in all cases.
e. All Promotional items (free goods e.g mouse/mouse pad/external drive/components etc.) do not carry any Warranty. “E-L337 GAMING” will not be held liable for any faults on these items, as they are provided as-is from the respective manufacturer.
f. “E-L337 GAMING” does not provide warranty services on laptop purchases, please do note that all laptops must be taken to their respective warranty centres should any issues arise. Service centre information will be provided upon request.
g. For Any laptop that is sent in under warranty due to a fault, in the case that the same unit is no longer available / in-stock, a credit note will be passed for the value of the item sent in by the respected service agent to be used on a new purchase. The Service centre credit is final, and no negotiations will be accepted.
h. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer, failure to follow the Manufacturer´s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without “E-L337 GAMING”, the Supplier or Manufacturer’s approval.
i. CPU Pin Damage, when pins are bent, the processor cannot be inserted into the socket on the motherboard. The damage may be caused by mishandling the processor, improper removal of the processor from the shipping material, or incorrect insertion into the processor socket. This is considered physical damage and as per industry standard is ineligible for return (warranty void)
j. Motherboard – Bent pins Physically damaged motherboards will be denied and will be shipped back to the buyer at their own expense. Physical damage includes chips, burns, scratches, thermal paste in the CPU socket, bent pins, etc. Please note that any scrapes to the metal around the screw holes caused by over tightening of case screws is also considered physical damage so please be careful when installing your motherboard.
k. All Items sold for “Mining” only comes with a 1 months warranty max only.
